Over the years, the MEBAK book programme has changed. Originally, the volumes were numbered I to IV, but they were later completely revised and reorganised. The titles "Raw Materials", "Water", "Wort, Beer and Mixed Beer Drinks" can now be found online in the MEBAK method database and are published exclusively here.
